Purpose of the Job<\/p>\n
\tResponsible for co-ordinating and processing administrative procedures in a retail branch to ensure accurate recording and reporting of business processes.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tManage, control and monitor administration reports from SAP system.
\n\tResolve queries from internal or external clients.
\n\tAuthorisation and reconciliation of credit notes.
\n\tEvaluate requests according to policies and procedures.
\n\tSubmit credit notes with relevant report.
\n\tManage administration of stock control processes.
\n\tManage all registers and expiry registers.
\n\tGenerate stock related reports from system.
\n\tPrepare and process stock control register and sheets on system.
\n\tCoordinate and process employee information.
\n\tInform staff about desired outcomes in terms of goals and objectives.
\n\tManage administration staff working schedules.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tRelevant post-matric qualification.
\n\tAt least 3-5 years relevant experience in a retail administrative environment. 2 years must be as in a supervisory administrative position.
\n\tCandidates with SAP knowledge will receive preference.<\/p>\n
