Key Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
\tThe ability to quickly identify and remediate networking problems within the LAN, WLAN and WAN.
\n\tThe ability to design\/implement\/configure\/troubleshoot Firewalls, Routers, Switches and AP\u2019s
\n\tAn understanding of Network Security including industry best practices.<\/p>\n
Vendor Proficiency<\/p>\n
\tFortiNet\/Palo Alto \u2013 Security, Wireless, Reporting & Manager
\n\tCisco \u2013 Routing, Switching, Wireless, Security
\n\tUbiquity \u2013 Wireless
\n\tHP\/Aruba \u2013 Switches, Wireless<\/p>\n
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS<\/p>\n
\tMatric and N+ is essential
\n\tCCNA\/CCNP or equivalent certification
\n\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology Diploma (Beneficial)<\/p>\n
PREFERRED SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tShould have proven excellence as a Network Engineer or in another relevant position in the MSP environment.
\n\tExcellent communication, both verbal and written
\n\tAbility to manage Customer requests\/escalations in quick succession
\n\tAbility to form customer relationships
\n\tGood understanding of WAN and LAN Infrastructure’s
\n\t1-3 years\u2019 experience<\/p>\n
