\tBoxer Superstores is seeking a Junior Promotional Coordinator to join our dynamic team, at our head office based in Westville, KZN. The primary responsibility of this role is to compile spreadsheets accurately, make informed business decisions based on data, and ensure seamless coordination of promotions within specified timelines. This position plays a crucial role in updating our ERP system and ensuring accurate promotion downloads to Relex.<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMatric Qualification
\n\tMinimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a retail environment.
\n\tKnowledge of retail operations and promotional strategies would be advantageous
\n\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data management
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tExcellent mathematical skills for data analysis
\n\tStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
\n\tGood time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
\n\tPrior experience in administrative roles, with retail knowledge being advantageous.<\/p>\n

Capture Promotions:<\/p>\n
\tAccurately input promotional details into designated systems.
\n\tEnsure all promotions are captured within specified deadlines.
\n\tCompile Spreadsheets & Coordinate New Store Promotions:
\n\tPrepare detailed spreadsheets essential for promotion analysis and planning.
\n\tCoordinate promotional activities for new store openings.<\/p>\n
Liaise with Buyers, Stores, & Other Stakeholders:<\/p>\n
\tCommunicate effectively with buyers and store teams regarding promotion queries and updates.
\n\tCollaborate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of promotions.
\n\tCheck Promotional Leaflets and Weekly Run of Prints:
\n\tReview promotional materials for accuracy and compliance.
\n\tEnsure timely distribution of promotional leaflets and weekly print runs<\/p>\n
