\tClover Welkom Distribution is looking for a candidate who has experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level particularly with knowledge of outbound logistics, journals and invoicing. This role is to ensure that the drivers job is checked in order to identify items of concern, improve driver administrative behavior, simplify the reconciliation processing and provide timeous information to the Distribution Manager.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 or equivalent NQF4
\n\tTertiary qualification in (Finance\/ Accounting) – advantageous
\n\t3 years\u2019 experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level \u2013 Knowledge of outbound logistics, journals and invoicing
\n\tWork shifts\/weekends\/public holidays
\n\tBusiness English: Fluent
\n\tLocation in Welkom – advantageous

Duties and Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tEnsure inspection of the Driver’s job for the day and identify concerns
\n\tPrepare and plan Drivers job to simplify the recon processing
\n\tProvide timeous information to the Distribution Manager
\n\tAssist in ensuring the Driver’s have accurate and efficient administrative capability
\n\tDiesel Capturing & Reporting: Record and reconcile diesel usage for all fleet vehicles, identify variances, and submit reports.
\n\tUpliftment Control (All Damages): Monitor, record, and process all stock damages and upliftments.
\n\tDebriefing (Cash & Cashless): Complete all debriefing processes for cash, card, and EFT payments, ensuring full reconciliation.
\n\tWarehouse Functions (WMS): Conduct stock scanning on the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and ensure accurate allocation of returned stock to driver load sheets.
\n\tDriver Cash Shorts & AODs: Identify and record cash shortages from drivers, prepare Acknowledgement of Debt (AOD) forms where applicable.<\/p>\n
