troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and resolution of requests\/incidents.<br \/>\n\tProvide efficient and effective customer service to the user.<br \/>\n\tProvide after-hours audio-visual technical support, as needed.<br \/>\n\tInstall audiovisual technologies.<br \/>\n\tDeploy and install software, inclusive of system software, productivity software and applicable driver software.<br \/>\n\tRelocate audiovisual equipment as per operational requirements.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tTroubleshoot and resolve hardware or software-related incidents.<br \/>\n\tResearch, test and evaluate new technologies on request.<br \/>\n\tProvide technical onsite support during special events on and off campus.<br \/>\n\tPerform incident and service request classification and prioritization.<br \/>\n\tPrioritise request, incidents and problems to ensure high service levels.<br \/>\n\tProvide audiovisual and streaming support for events and activities throughout the campus.<br \/>\n\tPerform preventative maintenance on audiovisual equipment and venue workstations.<br \/>\n\tRelationship Support<br \/>\n\tEnsure client satisfaction by adhering to Service Level agreements (SLAs).<br \/>\n\tEnsure clear and effective communication to manage relationships and needs\/ requirements.<br \/>\n\tEstablish and maintain healthy and professional relationships with function-related stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tLiaise with the Lead: ICTS Audio Visual Deployment and Maintenance Management to escalate any issues to receive the required attention.<br \/>\n\tQuality Assurance<br \/>\n\tAdhere to, and contribute to all relevant policies and procedures, standards and guidelines.<br \/>\n\tContribute and support the review and drafting of the relevant SOPs, as required.<br \/>\n\tProfessional Development<br \/>\n\tFulfil all responsibilities regarding performance management.<br \/>\n\tRemain competent and current through self-directed professional reading, developing professional contacts with colleagues, attending professional development courses, and attending training and\/ or courses.<br \/>\n\tInherent requirements:<br \/>\n\tGrade 12 or a national vocational certificate on NQF level 4.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of one (1) year\u2019s experience in hardware and software technical support.<br \/>\n\tValid driver&#8217;s licence (attach a
