\tPam Golding Properties is looking to partner with people who are ambitious, driven by success, motivated by reward and able to work to targets to join our successful Westville\/ Pinetown office. We want Estate Agents who are curious, determined, persistent with great attention to detail, but also sociable and outgoing. The role is about the successful marketing and selling of property and continued growth of market share, whilst providing excellent customer service to ensure that the Pam Golding Properties brand ethos is upheld.
\n\tApplicants must have a valid drivers licence and own reliable vehicle and must live in the Westville and Pinetown area.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tCollecting information about properties (lead generation)
\n\tCanvassing properties to sell
\n\tArranging for photography and home staging
\n\tVisit sellers and must be able to talk knowledgably about their property and area
\n\tValuation \u2013 able to apply sound principles when estimating the value of a property
\n\tOrganise and attend show days
\n\tAble to put together a marketing plan for a property
\n\tRepresent the seller in negotiations with potential buyers
\n\tMonitor sales ad liaise with all stakeholders including mortgage brokers, conveyancers and other estate agents
\n\tAble to knowledgably advise sellers and buyers
\n\tKeeping up to date with trends in the local residential property market as well as the general market<\/p>\n
Key Competencies\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMust love sales and \u2018closing the deal\u2019 with proven past experience working in a sales environment
\n\tStrong negotiation abilities
\n\tConfident and full of optimism

Education & Experience\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tMust have a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate and up to date with CPD and PDE requirements
\n\tMust have your own laptop or tablet
\n\tMust be able to sustain yourself financially for at least 6 to 8 months before you start earning commission<\/p>\n
Knowledge & Skills Required\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tExcellent verbal and written communication
\n\tMust be digitally savvy and comfortable doing business with your mobile phone or device
\n\tComputer literate with sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite<\/p>\n
