This exciting opportunity requires a blend of product knowledge, technical expertise, and strong passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.<br \/>\n\tIn this role, you will play a vital part in driving sales, expanding business opportunities and ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers. This may involve attending networking events, trade shows, and other industry events.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<\/p>\n<p>\tConsistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand client requirements and recommend tailored product solutions.<br \/>\n\tProvide accurate sales forecasts and maintain detailed pipeline updates.<br \/>\n\tProactively suggest solutions to management for sales challenges and opportunities.<br \/>\n\tAccurately process contracts to ensure seamless operations.<br \/>\n\tInstall devices, ensuring full product functionality and customer satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tBuild relationships with informal vendors to strengthen market presence.<br \/>\n\tIdentify and establish new business areas to drive growth.<br \/>\n\tEnsure Kazang products are available and visible to maximize awareness and sales.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with the wider sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred, not mandatory).<br \/>\n\tProven sales experience in a technical, product-driven, or fintech environment, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.<br \/>\n\tStrong technical proficiency, including installing and troubleshooting devices.<br \/>\n\tExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.<br \/>\n\tStrong problem-solving and consultative sales approach.<br \/>\n\tExperience in customer needs analysis and aligning product solutions with business objectives.<br \/>\n\tProficiency in sales forecasting, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).<br \/>\n\tValid driver\u2019s license and willingness to travel as required.<br \/>\n\tA reliable motor vehicle with a valid car license<\/p>\n<p>Behavioural Competencies<\/p>\n<p>\tAn entrepreneurial mindset<br \/>\n\tStrong business acumen<br \/>\n\tA self-starter<br \/>\n\tA strategic thinker<br \/>\n\tWell-presented<br \/>\n\tDisciplined and ethical<\/p>\n<p>Closing Date\u00a021 November 2025<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( N \/ A ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Kazang","_company_website":"http:\/\/N%20\/%20A","_company_tagline":"Kazang is one of Southern Africas leading providers of value added transaction services.
