Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tProvides and ensure technical and safety support for site pit conditions and where necessary, liaise with heads personnel within the client. The CI Champion (CIC) will be resourceful, ensuring safety, monitoring compliance of the pit standards, improving operations, driving improvement, analyzing processes, monitoring progress and flexibility to a changing business environment and its demands and adapt quickly to new circumstances. The CI Champion must be able to maintain a high level of participation in the safe running of an on-site.

\tCI Project Dashboard update
\n\tCI Project weekly dashboard for client display screens
\n\tCI Project weekly focus area and message (Pit Condition Danger\/Risk Area for Tyre Damages)
\n\tTyre awareness Training
\n\tPit Inspections (Relive)
\n\tSite Severity (Superintendents\/OEM)
\n\tCondition Based Road Monitoring Report
\n\tPit Progress DOT\/ 6-Week Comparison report
\n\tCI project tyre recognition (quarterly operator\u2019s recognition-best tyre safe operators)
\n\tOtracom (Daily pressures, Change slips, and scrap reports)
\n\tCollaborate with mining teams to ensure safe and efficient operation
\n\tMaintain accurate records of inspections, findings and recommendations
\n\tProvide reports and site severity reports
\n\tPrepare Pit Report<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience Required<\/p>\n
\tExceptional communication skills
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license
\n\tSenior Certificate or equivalent to Grade 12
\n\tSound technical tyre knowledge
\n\tMust be able to perform without supervision
\n\tComputer literacy with advanced experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook<\/p>\n
Education, Master, other certification:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 National Senior Certificate.
\n\tA valid and appropriate light vehicle driver\u2019s license (South African Code 08).<\/p>\n
Experience (years):<\/p>\n
\t1-2 years\u2019 experience in a Mining environment.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
\tGood communication skills, both written and verbal
\n\tAdvance computer literacy (MS Office, email, data entry).
\n\tOrganizational and time management abilities.
\n\tAttention to detail and accuracy.
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team.
