REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tA valid Grade 12 Certificate
\n\tNational Diploma in Public Finance Management and Administration or any equivalent Finance
\n\tManagement and Administration with majors in Accounting and\/or Management Accounting
\n\t1-year experience in Finance Administration
\n\tComputer Literacy (MS Excel, any recognized Financial Systems)<\/p>\n
COMPTENCIES:<\/p>\n
\tWell trained in terms of knowledge,
\n\tSkills and behaviour for a Finance environment.<\/p>\n
ESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tCoordinate investment of funds by liaising with different banks to request investment quotations and obtaining approval to invest funds.
\n\tCoordinate cash management activities by processing inter-bank transfer of funds.
\n\tProcessing bank and\/or cash related financial transactions into Munsoft financial system.
\n\tMaintaining and disbursing petty cash.
\n\tGenerating manual invoices to external parties.
\n\tCoordinate the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
\n\tMaintain accurate records and filing system for all transactions<\/p>\n
