\tTo deliver an effective case management process and facilitate the communication process between all role-players by providing accurate and timeous clinical information in order to minimize the financial risk for the company.<\/p>\n

\tRelevant NQF 5 level qualification (i.e administration)
\n\tHospital Operations
\n\tRecords Keeping
\n\tComputer Literacy
\n\tInterpersonal Skills<\/p>\n
Minimum Job Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tCapture all file requests on the file maintenance system
\n\tManage information requests, i.e., make copies of documentation
\n\tEnsure the correct copying and issuing of information to approved third parties
\n\tEnsure all files dated 30 days and older are moved to the filing room or archives
\n\tRetain or destroy all files according to legislative guidelines
\n\tObtain the necessary sign-off before discarding a file
\n\tUse the approved platform to obtain information necessary to retrieve or archive files<\/p>\n
