\tA Food and Beverage Supervisor within Hilton Durban is responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while working with the team to ensure departmental targets are met.<\/p>\n
What will I be doing?
\nAs a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you are responsible for supervising operations of Food and Beverage outlets to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience. A Food and Beverage Supervisor will also be required to communicate and delegate tasks to the team to ensure departmental targets are achieved. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:<\/p>\n
\tSupervise Food and Beverage Outlet operations
\n\tCommunicate and delegate tasks to the team
\n\tEnsure compliance of brand standards
\n\tManage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
\n\tRepresent needs of the team
\n\tAssist Food and Beverage management with achieving financial targets
\n\tAssist Food and Beverage management with training and development of team members
\n\tAssist with annual and mid-year appraisals with team members under your responsibility
\n\tComply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
\n\tBe environmentally aware
\n\tAssist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships<\/p>\n

It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:<\/p>\n
\tPrevious experience in hotel industry
\n\tPrevious experience in supervising and\/or delegation
\n\tWillingness to develop team members and self<\/p>\n
