\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: HR Trainee within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves providing accurate, professional support to the HR function by assisting with recruitment processes and general HR administration. The incumbent will help with drafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, and maintaining accurate HRIS records.
\n\tThe role also includes loading new hires onto the SAGE 300 HR system, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and providing administrative support across various HR initiatives.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tDevelop\u00a0and update job descriptions for new and existing roles
\n\tAdvertise vacancies on internal and external platforms with strong attention to detail
\n\tScreen CVs and prepare accurate, high-quality shortlists
\n\tSchedule and conduct interviews when needed, and provide timely candidate feedback
\n\tConduct employment reference checks and MIE background verifications
\n\tMaintain detailed interview records for HR approval packs
\n\tLoad new hire information into the SAGE 300 People system accurately and on time
\n\tContribute to ongoing job profiling and HR system enhancements<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12
\n\tDiploma \/ Degree in Human Resources or a related field (advantageous)
\n\tProficient in MS Office Suite
\n\tStrong interest in recruitment and talent processes
\n\tStrong communication skills (both written and verbal)
\n\tHigh attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
\n\tAbility to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
\n\tAbility to manage high-volume vacancies in a fast-paced environment
\n\tStrong problem-solving skills and adaptability to change
\n\tAbility to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
\n\tProactive, reliable and eager to learn
\n\tAbility to work effectively as part of a team
\n\tBilingual: Afrikaans & English (advantageous)
\n\tDrivers\u2019 License: Code 08 (advantageous)<\/p>\n
