Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tAchievement of monthly sales, volume and margin
\n\tSuperior customer service relationships of existing customer base by following a structured call cycle based on the regional customer set criteria.
\n\tInfluencing and positively affecting the In-Cup Quality and delivery via the On-site beverage solution system at each customer by ensuring customer audits are completed and corrective action is immediately executed on site, by doing machine calibration and settings and re doing operational training if required.
\n\tCreating a targeted new customer prospect list with the Sales Manager based on volume requirements per product category for the year and strategic requirements across all channels.
\n\tAchieve the agreed growth forecasted for the fiscal year by the Sales
\n\tCompletion of new business development:
\n\tInitial contact
\n\tAssessment of needs
\n\tProposal of tailored solution
\n\tGuiding on implementation, if necessary with the prospective
\n\tEnsure that agreements concluded with target list are commercially
\n\tPresent at each installation and complete customer solutions training on day of
\n\tTravel and sleep-out to outlying customers.
\n\tMeasurement will be completed in the following manner:

Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 \/ Matric
\n\t5+ years\u2019 experience in a sales role in the Out of Home (OOH) Market with a proven track record in developing new business
\n\tCold calling and prospecting
\n\tExperience in specialty coffee and beverage system solutions<\/p>\n
Special Requirements<\/p>\n
\tValid driver\u2019s license with minimum 2 years driving experience
\n\tAbility to travel extensively
\n\tAbility to offer calculated and tiered solutions specifically within the Business and Industry (B&I) channel
\n\tAbility to effectively deal with regional management teams
