Purpose of Role: <\/p>\n
\tTo ensure uninterrupted service delivery to our customers and maintain proper control of the service workflow from receiving to dispatching, making sure all procedures are followed consistently.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities: <\/p>\n
\tThis role requires specialized expertise in diagnosing and repairing high-capacity slurry pumps. A qualified supervisor ensures that repairs meet OEM standards, reducing the risk of repeat failures and extending equipment lifespan.
\n\tPlanning and managing service workflow from receiving to dispatch, distributing work accordingly to available staff.
\n\tEnsuring all repairs meet OEM standards and sign-off projects.

Job Knowledge\/Education and Qualifications: <\/p>\n
\tGrade 12 (Matric), N4 certificate in Mechanical Engineering.
\n\tQualified Fitter \/ Millwright (Verified Section 13 \/ 26D qualification).
\n\tValid driver\u2019s license.
\n\t5 years\u2019 related experience in an engineering\/mining environment (Workshop experience advantageous) and 2 years\u2019 supervisory or management experience.
\n\tSound knowledge of slurry pumps (Assembling, Repairs and Maintenance).<\/p>\n
