\tWe are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Graduate to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to start their career in finance and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
\n\tYou will be involved in financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and other key finance functions.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
\n\tSupport budgeting and forecasting processes
\n\tAnalyze financial data to identify trends and variances
\n\tAssist with accounts payable\/receivable and reconciliations
\n\tWork with different departments to understand cost drivers and financial performance
\n\tParticipate in audits and help ensure compliance with internal controls
\n\tUse financial software (e.g. Excel, SAP, Oracle) to manage and analyze data
\n\tContribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives
\n\tProvide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting as needed<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
Education & Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Minimum 2:1 or equivalent)
\n\tWorking towards (or interest in pursuing) professional qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CFA is a plus<\/p>\n
Skills & Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tStrong numerical and analytical skills
\n\tProficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
\n\tBasic understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and accuracy
\n\tStrong organizational and time management skills
\n\tEffective communication and interpersonal skills
\n\tAbility to work independently and as part of a team
\n\tEagerness to learn and take on new challenges<\/p>\n
