The brand is at a pivotal moment, needing to cement its leadership by driving innovation, restoring brand power, and reshaping its portfolio to meet evolving consumer needs and market dynamics.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n<p>\tSupport Brand Agenda<br \/>\n\tAssist the Senior Brand Manager in executing the Handy Andy brand strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market realities. End-to-End Marketing Execution<br \/>\n\tDeliver comprehensive marketing support across all competencies (ATL, BTL, digital, instore, influencer, PR, etc.).<br \/>\n\tSupport the development and execution of activity plans, with a strong focus on digital and social media excellence Data-Driven Insights<br \/>\n\tAnalyse market, category, and brand performance data to uncover root issues and opportunities across the 6Ps (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence).<br \/>\n\tTranslate insights into actionable plans to address business challenges and unlock growth. Consumer Understanding<br \/>\n\tBuild deep understanding of consumer needs and how it extends to the retailer and shopper<br \/>\n\tTurn insights into compelling brand propositions and activation plans. Stakeholder Collaboration<br \/>\n\tWork closely with the global team, local manager, and broader brand community to influence and shape brand strategy.<br \/>\n\tLead and project manage local \u201c20\u201d and \u201c10\u201d innovation and activation projects Cross-Functional Leadership<br \/>\n\tLead cross-functional teams (Sales, R&amp;D, Supply Chain, Finance, Agencies) to ensure successful execution of launch plans and post-launch evaluation. Sales &amp; Operational Planning<br \/>\n\tLead Sales &amp; Operational Planning (S&amp;OP) for the brand, ensuring robust demand forecasting and supply alignment. Budget Management<br \/>\n\tManage the brand budget, ensuring spend is in line with agreements and delivers maximum ROI.
