Job Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo manage the execution of high-impact program\u2019s projects within a multi-discipline environment and ensure that projects are executed within schedule, time scope, and budget.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tExecution of dedicated projects in adherence to project plans, budgets and schedules.
\n\tPerform change request management, project tracking and document control activities.
\n\tDevelop project scope, plan, deliverables, budget and milestones.
\n\tDevelop project reports for management and clients.
\n\tMonitor project schedules regularly to determine any delays or deviations.
\n\tPrepare necessary presentations and updates as required.
\n\tProvide inputs and support in the preparation of all applicable contracts in accordance with the supply chain management and legal process.
\n\tReview contracts when required and issue amendments when applicable.
\n\tAssign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.
\n\tMake sure that client’s needs are met as projects evolve.
\n\tOversee project procurement management.
\n\tMonitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
\n\tAct as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
\n\tWork with the Technical lead to eliminate scope creep.
\n\tCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports.
\n\tEnsure that all project management standards and requirements set by the project assurance and clients are met during project execution.
\n\tEnsure alignment and coordination with all internal and external stakeholders.
\n\tChair and facilitate project meetings where appropriate and ensure that minutes are distributed to relevant stakeholders.
\n\tEnsure that project scope and objectives are clearly defined
\n\tComply with all applicable SHEQ-INS requirements in order to implement relevant and effective systems throughout the project lifecycle.
\n\tAdvise and manage the implementation of configuration management within the projects\/programmes.<\/p>\n

Requirements
\nMinimum Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBeng Chemical Engineering.
\n\tThree (3) years\u2019 Project management experience in a multi-disciplinary EPCM environment (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) in the radiopharmaceutical industry of which the 3 years experience should be of working in the radioisotope project environment.<\/p>\n
