\n\tManages all aspects of the hotel\u2019s sales team initiatives.
\n\tMaximize the revenue and growth of the hotel by directing the revenue generates activities in accordance with the business plan.
\n\tDrive new business for your hotel.
\n\tBuild effective and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all sales opportunities are maximized.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tAchieve sales goals by managing the sales team.
\n\tA proven track record in a similar role within a quality environment and to be able to demonstrate excellent standards and sales productivity.
\n\tCommercially astute, multi-tasker who is motivated by challenge.
\n\tDriven and ambitious to increase productivity and sales volume with appropriate techniques.
\n\tClear thinker with excellent communication abilities and attention to detail
\n\tStrong negotiation skills.
\n\tAbility to enhance the hotels community image.
