\t3 years relevant administrative experience<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tHandle all employee-related matters and correspondence for the branch.
\n\tCheck all documents received and direct them to the relevant working area.
\n\tOversee stock counting and investigate stock variances
\n\tRun the price analysis report.
\n\tCollect and process petty cash where applicable.
\n\tHandle the cash control account and reconcile cash and make bank deposits.
\n\tReport on all abnormal administrative situations.
\n\tEnsure all filing is done timeously.
\n\tEnsure compliance with the AFGRI control matrix (AFGRI policies and procedures).
\n\tAssist the Branch Manager with administrative functions during his\/her absence.
\n\tComplete IOD reports.<\/p>\n
