\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAlign the technical team with the Plant\u2019s strategic and operational goals to strengthen performance and support growth targets.
\n\tImprove production efficiency through method engineering and workflow optimization.
\n\tReduce rework and waste by identifying and resolving root causes of recurring quality issues.
\n\tSupport line balancing and deliver technical training to supervisors and machinists to boost productivity.
\n\tBridge design-to-production gaps by improving sampling speed and interpreting technical packs accurately.
\n\tLead initiatives to enhance machine utilization, reduce cycle times, and meet delivery targets.
\n\tProvide mentorship and upskilling opportunities for floor teams to ensure long-term workforce sustainability.
\n\tAct as the technical lead in troubleshooting production challenges and implementing engineering solutions.
\n\tCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in manufacturing processes.
\n\tMonitor and report on technical performance metrics to support decision-making and strategic planning.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
\tBachelor\u2019s degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, Garment Technology, or a related field.
\n\tMinimum of 5\u20137 years\u2019 experience in a technical or production engineering role within the apparel or manufacturing industry.
\n\tProven track record in workflow optimization, machine performance improvement, and quality control.
\n\tExperience in mentoring and training production teams is highly desirable.<\/p>\n

\n\tIn-depth knowledge of garment construction, production engineering, and technical pack interpretation.
