KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<\/p>\n
\tSupervise and coordinate all inbound activities, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of goods.
\n\tVerify incoming shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
\n\tOversee unloading of containers, factory shunt and STO trucks and proper documentation of received stock.
\n\tWork closely with inventory team to manage and ensure damages are moved to the damages location.
\n\tIdentify opportunities to improve inbound processes for efficiency and accuracy.
\n\tAchieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, dispatching, and assuring quality of goods
\n\tPrepare and analyze reports on warehouse operations, including productivity, inventory levels, and shipping\/receiving accuracy, providing recommendations for improvement. Managing, evaluating, and reporting on warehouse productivity
\n\tMeasure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee\u2019s performance
\n\tManaging inventory, which includes maintaining accurate records, conducting cycle counts, and resolving any discrepancies. Organize and maintain inventory, Outbound, Return, and Inbound area
\n\tMonitoring and enforcing compliance with company policies, SOP\/SWP and safety regulations to ensure the safety of all warehouse employees
\n\tEffectively plan and allocate resources to meet daily operational requirements, maximizing productivity and minimizing downtime
\n\tConduct regular inspections and audits to maintain cleanliness, organization, and compliance with quality standards
\n\tManage and resolve any warehouse-related issues or conflicts that may arise, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining positive employee relations<\/p>\n
We are looking for<\/p>\n
\tA Bachelor’s degree, Any Degree in supply chain management, or a related field would be advantageous
\n\tProven experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse environment
\n\tKnowledge of warehouse safety regulations and experience in implementing safety protocols
\n\tFamiliarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and proficiency in using relevant software applications
\n\tStrong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
\n\tExcellent written and verbal communication skill
\n\tStrong organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tStrong managerial skills and business acumen
\n\tWilling to work long hours and commitment to achieving operational outcomes.<\/p>\n
