Job Summary:<\/p>\n
\tWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Contract Manager to join our team. The Contract Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to projects, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies. The Contract Manager will work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, vendors, and legal teams, to negotiate and finalize contracts and resolve any contract-related issues that may arise.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tReview and negotiate contracts with vendors, subcontractors, and other project partners
\n\tEnsure compliance with legal requirements and company policies in all contracts
\n\tCollaborate with project managers to understand project requirements and develop appropriate contract terms
\n\tMaintain accurate records of all contracts and contract-related documents
\n\tMonitor contract performance and handle any disputes or issues that may arise
\n\tCoordinate with legal teams to address any legal concerns or risks in contracts
\n\tKeep abreast of industry trends and changes in regulations related to project contracts
\n\tCommunicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in projects<\/p>\n
Qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tProven experience in contract management, preferably in a project management setting
\n\tStrong negotiation and communication skills
\n\tExcellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
\n\tAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
\n\tKnowledge of legal requirements and industry standards related to contracts
\n\tFamiliarity with project management tools and software
\n\tCertification in contract management (e.g. CCM) is a plus<\/p>\n
