Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
\tMatric with Fleet Administrative experience
\n\tFleet Management Diploma (Ideal)
\n\tMarketing or Sales Diploma or degree (Ideal)
\n\tPrevious client relationship management<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
\t3 \u2013 5 years\u2019 experience within the Fleet industry, preferably within Leasing Environment and knowledge of the Road Traffic Act<\/p>\n
Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:<\/p>\n
FINANCE
\nRevenue Protection<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Scrutinize CIS monthly to ensure all units on lease correctly billed to customers<\/p>\n
Revenue Generation<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Identify new and additional initiatives within the scope of the contract<\/p>\n
Debtors Management<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Improved Debtors Age collection rate, no invoices older than 60 days
\n\t\u00a0Ensure GRVs are issued for all outstanding invoices (revenue assurance)<\/p>\n
CUSTOMER CENTRICITY
\nCustomer Service Excellence<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Relationship management and building
\n\t\u00a0Accurate and timeous reporting in line with contract requirements
\n\t\u00a0Ensure customer requirements are attended to and action timeously.
\n\t\u00a0Logging of activity on relevant CRM tool
\n\t\u00a0Compulsory monthly business reviews.
\n\tService Level Agreement
\n\t\u00a0Work closely with all internal stakeholders to ensure the Bank is achieving the minimum 95% target.<\/p>\n
Query Resolution<\/p>\n
\t\u00a0Maintain constant communication for quicker resolution times
\n\t\u00a0Manage escalated queries and resolve timeously
\n\t\u00a0Acknowledge customer communication within 8hrs of receipt<\/p>\n
Know Your Customer<\/p>\n

\n\t\u00a0Ensuring the accurate and timeous approval of quotes
\n\t\u00a0RFQs must be loaded on MS Teams Tool
\n\t\u00a0Manage order status.
\n\t\u00a0Provision of quotes within 5 working days within the SLA

\n\t\u00a0Ensure all license discs are obtained and delivered to customers before expiry
