\n\tPlan and order products for the site based on historical usage, market dynamics, and seasonal trends to ensure uninterrupted supply.\u00a0
\n\tMaintain\u00a0an accurate\u00a0inventory and control system to\u00a0monitor\u00a0stock levels, minimum order quantities, and lead times effectively.\u00a0
\n\tManage supplier relationships by assessing performance, identifying risks, and developing contingency plans on a monthly basis or as needed.\u00a0
\n\tImprove fleet efficiency by implementing fleet management systems to track movement, usage, and performance, overseeing maintenance schedules and costs, and ensuring vehicle compliance with regulations.\u00a0
\n\tEnsure adherence to SOX and governance standards by implementing clear policies and controls, training teams, reconciling stock, conducting audits, and\u00a0submitting\u00a0SOX and Compliance Inspection reports within required timelines.\u00a0
\n\tOversee on-site warehousing and storage by ensuring the safe handling and storage of explosives and hazardous materials,\u00a0complying with\u00a0all relevant regulations, and applying a FIFO system to prevent product\u00a0expiration\u00a0or degradation.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ Grade 12 or equivalent
\n\tB Com \/ B Tech in Supply Chain, Business Management, Logistics or similar.
\n\tDriver’s license.<\/p>\n
Advantageous qualifications:<\/p>\n
\tPost Graduate Diploma in Business management or related.<\/p>\n
Required technical or professional experience:<\/p>\n
\t7+ year\u2019s supply chain explosives experience.
\n\t3+ experience in explosives value chain and Supply Chain Outbound.<\/p>\n
Required people management experience:<\/p>\n
\t5+ years.<\/p>\n
