Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s Degree (Hons) in a relevant field (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tMinimum of 5 years’ experience in Change Management or Transformation Projects in a large or complex industrial environment
\n\tDemonstrated experience in designing and implementing structured change management frameworks and methodologies
\n\tProven ability to manage stakeholder engagement, communication, training, and adoption processes
\n\tExperience within regulated or safety-critical industries such as mining, energy, or manufacturing (Advantageous)
\n\tExposure to digital transformation or system implementation projects (Beneficial)
\n\tCertificate in Change Management (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tCertificate in Project Management (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\tProficiency in conducting impact assessments and crafting targeted communication and training strategies
\n\tCompetency in using diagnostic tools for change readiness and impact analysis
\n\tStrong understanding of compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act (MHSA) and related codes
\n\tExcellent leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and roles
\n\tCapability in promoting health, safety, productivity, and minimising change resistance

\tDevelop and implement structured change management strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance standards.
\n\tConduct comprehensive impact and readiness assessments to anticipate and manage change-related challenges and opportunities.
\n\tDesign targeted communication and training plans to facilitate employee engagement and minimize resistance to change.
\n\tCollaborate with project managers to integrate change initiatives with overarching business transformation efforts, ensuring timely execution.
\n\tMonitor and report on change adoption metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
\n\tEnsure adherence to the Mine Health and Safety Act and internal compliance standards during all change processes.
\n\tBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, promoting a culture of trust and collaboration.
\n\tFacilitate workshops and training sessions to bolster understanding and readiness for change initiatives across teams.
\n\tContribute to the enhancement and effectiveness of change management frameworks and tools within the organization.
