\tWe are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrator: Service Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with administrative tasks related to the service department and providing excellent customer service to clients.
\n\tKey Responsibilities:
\n\tGreet customers and provide them with information about services offered
\n\tSchedule appointments for customers and technicians
\n\tAnswer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
\n\tMaintain accurate records of customer interactions and service appointments
\n\tProvide quotes and estimates to customers for service work
\n\tHandle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
\n\tCollaborate with technicians to ensure that service appointments run smoothly
\n\tConduct follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tHigh school diploma or equivalent
\n\tProven experience in a customer service role
\n\tStrong communication skills, both verbal and written
\n\tExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail
\n\tAbility to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office applications
\n\tKnowledge of automotive service and repair terminology is a plus<\/p>\n
