What you will do<\/p>\n
Purpose of the role is to\u00a0ensure the effective sales performance of the area allocated within the region; ensuring performance targets for the Volvo brand are met in line with the strategic objectives of the Branch.<\/p>\n
Reporting:\u00a0This role reports to the Service Manager.<\/p>\n
Job Objectives<\/p>\n
\tCustomer satisfaction and complain handling.
\n\tPlanning the workshop utilisation capacity.
\n\tCalculation & preparation for retail invoicing, internal invoicing and claim handling.
\n\tTo open and process job cards for repairs, maintenance and service.
\n\tTo Transfer all relevant information from job card to computer system accurately.
\n\tTo close job cards and monitor work in progress.
\n\tTo be the liaison person between the customer and Volvo.
\n\tTo assist Technicians with VST\u2019s & RST\u2019s.To assist with the Workshop administration duties.
\n\tTo check and maintain maintenance parts store.To assist with Health & Safety requirements of the branch.To conduct regular checks on Company vehicles as per the company policy.<\/p>\n

Qualification & Job Experience<\/p>\n
\tMatric \/ N4.
\n\tAdministration Diploma (an advantage).
\n\t2 year minimum strong administration in a workshop environment.<\/p>\n
