The Beekman Group, a leading player in leisure property development and management, is seeking a seasoned Group Construction Manager to drive the delivery of our national new-build and renovation portfolio. This is a strategic, high-visibility role suited to a solutions-driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, multi-project environment.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Areas:
\nIn this senior role, you will provide end-to-end project leadership across multiple developments, ensuring cost-effective, timeous, and quality-driven outcomes. Key deliverables include:<\/p>\n
\tDevelop baseline project programmes for new builds and renovations, setting timelines, milestones, and project champions.
\n\tOversee costings, budgeting, and project tracking across the full project lifecycle.
\n\tProvide weekly cost, progress, and variance reports to senior leadership.
\n\tLead special projects, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers.
\n\tMaintain strong oversight on cost, time, and quality metrics across all developments.
\n\tPrepare structured, accurate, and timeous reports as required by the Department and Company.
\n\tEnsure all project documentation is archived effectively for future reference.
\n\tOversee general admin related to project execution, documentation, and departmental workflow.
\n\tEstablish and manage a national procurement framework that optimises cost and quality.
\n\tDevelop and maintain an archive of products, pricing, installation dates, warranties, discontinued items, and storage systems.
\n\tResolve internal and external stakeholder queries professionally and timeously.
\n\tBuild strong relationships across business units, suppliers, and professional teams.
\n\tDemonstrated experience managing multi-site construction projects (new builds & renovations).
\n\tStrong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capability.
\n\tHigh levels of ownership, accountability, and organisational discipline.
\n\tAbility to operate at pace, manage competing priorities, and maintain excellent communication standards.<\/p>\n

\n\tMinimum 10 years\u2019 experience in a similar role
\n\tQualifications in the following would be beneficial Construction & Project Management \u2013 Quantity Surveying would be an advantage.<\/p>\n
