Requirements<\/p>\n
Minimum Requirements<\/p>\n
\tBSc or BCom in Agricultural Economics, Finance, or a related field.
\n\tRelevant certifications in financial analysis or credit risk management (advantageous).
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in agricultural financing.<\/p>\n

Client Engagement and Business Development<\/p>\n
\tBuild and maintain strong client relationships.
\n\tIdentify and pursue new business opportunities.
\n\tDevelop and present tailored financial solutions.
\n\tRepresent the organisation at industry events and farmers\u2019 days.

Credit Application Management<\/p>\n
\tCollect and review client financial documentation.
\n\tPrepare and evaluate credit applications in line with policies and regulations.
\n\tManage credit risk and ensure compliance throughout the process.<\/p>\n
Operational Excellence and Administration<\/p>\n
\tMonitor account performance and market trends.
\n\tEnsure timely processing of applications and client requests.
\n\tCompile accurate reports and collaborate with internal teams.<\/p>\n
Ad Hoc and Cross-Functional Contributions<\/p>\n
\tSupport team initiatives and cross-functional offerings.
\n\tAddress emerging market opportunities and challenges.<\/p>\n
Technical Competencies<\/p>\n
\tIn-depth knowledge of agricultural financing and credit risk management
\n\tSAP and advanced Excel skills
\n\tProficiency in Microsoft Office
\n\tStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities
\n\tExcellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
\n\tAbility to work independently and collaboratively
