\n\tAs a French Customer Service Host, Our primary focus is to exceed the customers\u2019 expectations and to execute everything possible to provide them with the best experience. This will help us excel at providing professional, friendly, and knowledgeable service to stay ahead of the game.<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll be doing<\/p>\n
\tProviding world-class customer service by responding to customer queries by telephone, email, and online chats in first language French and\/ or second language being English where applicable
\n\tAssist on tasks within other regions by using company translation tools provided, this is only if all tasks on the product that you are scheduled to work on have been completed.
\n\tProcessing and resolving of incoming and outgoing contacts in a multimedia environment
\n\tProcessing pertinent information into relevant databases
\n\tCompletion of tasks assigned during shift
\n\tCustomer relationship building and management as well as cross selling of products and services
\n\tProblem solving tasks during shift
\n\tHandling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries
\n\tExcellent time management and adherence to schedule
\n\tPerforming extra tasks given by managers \/ shift supervisors as required<\/p>\n

Essential skills you\u2019ll bring to the table<\/p>\n
The necessary skills that we require for this role include:<\/p>\n
\tFrench first language \u2013 strong written and verbal communication skills
\n\tFluent in English; able to communicate effectively (read, write and speak fluently)
\n\tValid work\/residence permit for the European Union
\n\tBe available for 24\/7 shift rotations
\n\tCompleted high school qualification
\n\t2 years\u2019 work experience post qualification<\/p>\n
