\tSenwes Grainlink is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Junior Grain Grader.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tAssist with grain handling by grading different commodities.
\n\tAssists with the offloading, storage, receiving and dispatching of grain by adhering to instructions and following standard procedures.
\n\tEnsures that silo, store areas and general premises are clean through observations and inspections, and by adhering to instructions.
\n\tEnsures that machinery, product handling equipment and gutters are in working condition.
\n\tMake sure that the control board is operated correctly and effectively.
\n\tAssists with general office administration.
\n\tEnsures that the workplace complies with health and safety regulations.
\n\tContributes to loss control efforts in the silo through systematic loss control inspections.
\n\tAssist with Control board.
\n\tAssist with administration.
\n\tAssist with supervision of blue-collar personnel.
\n\tAssist with Health & Safety Compliance.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\tNational Senior Certificate.
\n\tValid driver’s licence required.
\n\tCandidates with up to 2 years\u2019 experience in grain handling and grading will receive preference.<\/p>\n
Skills\/ Competencies:<\/p>\n
\tGreat communication skills.
\n\tBe able to work under pressure.
\n\tAttention to detail.<\/p>\n
