Imaging &amp; Robotics | MedTech | Bloemfontein"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Purpose of the Role<\/p>\n<p>\tThe Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales and growth within the Vascular Access, Critical Care, and Airway division across the KwaZulu-Natal region.<br \/>\n\tThe incumbent will service existing accounts, develop new business, maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and contribute to the overall success of Jehu Industries through effective sales and marketing activities.<br \/>\n\tRegion :\u00a0 CBD, North Coast, South Coast, inland country trip.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; Business Development<\/p>\n<p>\tService existing accounts and identify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.<br \/>\n\tMeet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.<br \/>\n\tConduct effective product presentations, demonstrations, and training to clinical personnel.<br \/>\n\tManage consignment and boot stock efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory tracking.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records of all customer interactions, sales leads, and territory performance in the CRM system (Force Manager).<br \/>\n\tMonitor competitors\u2019 activities, pricing, and product offerings; recommend strategies to management.<br \/>\n\tParticipate in after-hours and weekend activities such as training sessions and congresses when necessary.<\/p>\n<p>Customer Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>\tBuild and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare stakeholders, including physicians, key opinion leaders, nurses, theatre stock controllers, and hospital administrators.<br \/>\n\tResolve customer complaints promptly by investigating issues and recommending solutions.<br \/>\n\tGather customer requirements and provide feedback to management to ensure high levels of satisfaction.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with internal teams (Customer Service, Finance, Logistics) to support seamless service delivery.<\/p>\n<p>Marketing &amp; Promotional Activities<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist the National Product Manager and Sales Manager with product marketing, workshops, journal clubs, and educational events.<br \/>\n\tImplement marketing strategies and tactical plans within the assigned territory.<br \/>\n\tPromote the full range of products and services offered by Jehu Industries.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze sales and marketing performance and provide regular reports to management.<\/p>\n<p>Training &amp; Knowledge Development<\/p>\n<p>\tMaintain up-to-date product, clinical, and technical knowledge.<br \/>\n\tConduct training for customers and internal team members as required.<br \/>\n\tIdentify educational opportunities for customers to maximize ROI and product adoption.<br \/>\n\tAttend relevant professional workshops, conferences, and congresses to stay informed of industry developments.<\/p>\n<p>Administration &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tSubmit timely daily call reports, weekly planners, and monthly and annual sales analyses.<br \/>\n\tManage expense claims in accordance with company policies.<br \/>\n\tEnsure all activities comply with legal, ethical, and regulatory standards.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate records of stock, quotations, and customer interactions.<\/p>\n<p>Requirements<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>\tMinimum: Grade 12 (Matric).<br \/>\n\tRelevant degree, diploma, or medical\/marketing qualification advantageous.<br \/>\n\tMinimum of 2 years\u2019 sales experience, preferably in the medical or hospital equipment industry.<br \/>\n\tKnowledge of the KZN healthcare market and relevant customer base is advantageous.\u00a0<br \/>\n\tProven track record in sales with verifiable references.<\/p>\n<p>Skills &amp;
