JOB PURPOSE<\/p>\n
\tThe People Operations Specialist is an expert in Workday employee data management and Hire-to-Retire processes, including onboarding, role changes, absences, and exits within the assigned market. Acting as Tier 1 in the Service Delivery Model, this role manages high-volume activities, resolves cases from ServiceNow, and ensures Workday remains accurate and up to date.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<\/p>\n
Workday Employee Data Management:<\/p>\n
Onboarding:<\/p>\n
\tSet up Workday profiles for new hires from recruitment.
\n\tGenerate required business letters and contracts.
\n\tManage cancellations for declined offers or no-shows.
\n\tSupport on completing joiner checklist steps.<\/p>\n
Role Changes\/Promotions\/Exits:<\/p>\n
\tProcess employee moves, promotions, and exits in Workday, ensuring data accuracy across elements (i.e. cost center).
\n\tCoordinate case closure with stakeholders and in-market partners.
\n\tInitiate EIB uploads for mass data changes.
\n\tProvide Workday data support to stakeholders as required.<\/p>\n
Pay & Benefits Management:<\/p>\n
\tCollaborate to maintain accurate compensation data into payroll systems.
\n\tSupport of enrolment and derolment of benefits, including coordination across journeys to ensure OTIF processing.
\n\tProcess HR-related purchase orders.<\/p>\n
Exit Management:<\/p>\n
\tExecute voluntary and involuntary employee terminations in Workday (steps that are not self-served).
\n\tCollaborate with in-market partners for seamless exits and clearances.
\n\tHandle severance administration.<\/p>\n
Effective Systems Integration:<\/p>\n
\tManage integration between Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes and Workday (automated\/manual triggers).
\n\tCreate and update local SOPs and work instructions.
\n\tProactively flag technical issues to relevant stakeholders to mitigate employee experience disruptions.<\/p>\n
Additional Responsibilities (Market-Specific, As Required):<\/p>\n
\tGenerate reports, analytics, and audits for validation purposes.
\n\tServe as a point of contact for projects and support on continuous improvement initiatives.
\n\tMaintain Governance piece for their area of responsibility \u2013 including updating of SOPs and Change management to the team
\n\tVerifying salary impacting\/pay letters daily, keeping a record of errors and working with line managers to correct with fellow team members.<\/p>\n
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS<\/p>\n
\tBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
\n\tMinimum 2-5 years proven experience in customer service, employee experience, shared service centers, HR advisory, HR partnering.
\n\tFamiliarity with HR processes and policies, ideally in multi-country or regional operations.
\n\tProficiency in Workday and ServiceNow (or similar systems like SAP).<\/p>\n
SKILLS<\/p>\n
\tRequired proficiency in English
\n\tUnderstanding of Agile ways of working \u2013 using Gantt Charts, SCRUM.
\n\tStrong written communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise real-time information
\n\tProviding consistent feedback and stakeholder management
\n\tAdvanced Excel proficiency and ability to turn data into action.
\n\tExcellent problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
\n\tDemonstrated multitasking and prioritization skills in fast-paced environments.
\n\tCommitment to quality, accuracy and adherence to SLAs.
\n\tEffective team collaboration across global hubs\/locations.
\n\tEffective Project Management skills, understanding of Gantt Charts and similar project management tools.
\n\tAdaptability to new technologies and systems.<\/p>\n
