\tKeeping our warehouse in line with goods handling rules.
\n\tSpotting issues before they become warehouse-sized headaches \u2014 and letting the manager know.
\n\tEnforcing safety like a superhero (minus the cape, it\u2019s a tripping hazard).
\n\tMaintaining a spotless, food-safe environment. If you love a clean floor, we love you.
\n\tReporting damage like a detective (a clipboard may be involved).
\n\tFollowing product display rules and rotating stock like a pro DJ.
\n\tPerforming warehouse health checks and repair alerts.
\n\tCoordinating vehicle inspections with drivers (bonding over checklists is a plus).
\n\tKeeping dispatch on track so orders go out like clockwork.
\n\tChecking that what\u2019s loaded is what\u2019s supposed to be loaded. Trust, but verify.
\n\tReceiving deliveries like a warehouse concierge \u2014 log it, file it, done.
\n\tInvestigating stock shortages like Sherlock with a scanner.
\n\tOwning stock counts without breaking a sweat (or a pallet).<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
You Bring:<\/p>\n
\tA National Senior Certificate (NQF4) or equivalent
\n\tA Diploma in Supply Chain or Logistics (a golden ticket, but not a dealbreaker)
\n\tA valid driver\u2019s license (Code EC and\/or Forklift? You\u2019re our hero)
\n\t5 years\u2019 experience in warehousing, stock movement and control \u2014 preferably in FMCG.
\n\t3 years\u2019 proven people wrangling (a.k.a. management) experience
\n\tA sense of humour (bonus points for warehouse-related puns)
\n\tAn eye for detail sharper than a box cutter
\n\tThe ability to stay calm in a sea of cardboard
\n\tA can-do attitude and a get-it-done work ethic<\/p>\n
