The Job Description:<\/p>\n
\tReporting directly to the Key Account Manager for Softlines products, you will do everything to ensure that our inspection programs consistently exceed our clients\u2019 expectations and maintain the highest standards of service quality.<\/p>\n
Your main responsibilities will be to:<\/p>\n
\tReview\u00a0and follow up the assigned Key Accounts (clients) for Softline goods: ensuring that clients\u2019 requirements have been accurately identified and that they are fully satisfied with the Inspection Programs implemented.
\n\tImplement, execute, and measure Key Performance Indicators to drive projects and ensure timing delivery and reliability of QC results.
\n\tApply\u00a0solutions to enhance QIMA’s quality of service by maintaining a low claim rate of clients.
\n\tEfficiently\u00a0communicate\u00a0with different internal teams (sales, back-office, frontline) as well as clients\u2019 key contacts.
\n\tSupport\u00a0pre-sales inquiries as well as clients\u2019 meetings with our operations experts.
\n\tEducate\u00a0yourself on industry requirements and foster the transference of knowledge to team members by continually improving inspection protocols.
\n\tAssume\u00a0a proactive role to lead a structure of 3 to 4 people (Leaders, Supervisors and Specialists).<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
In order to succeed in this role, you must have:<\/p>\n
\tA Master\u2019s Degree in Engineering; Technical knowledge of Textile Engineering would be a plus;
\n\tWork experience in quality control, manufacturing and processes improvements (3-5years);
\n\tExcellent spoken English skills;
\n\tAdvanced skills in Microsoft excel (Macros, VBA)
\n\tGreat ability to solve problems;
\n\tGood time management, enabling you to work to tight deadlines;<\/p>\n
