Key Performance Areas:<\/p>\n
\tPlan, set up, promote, facilitate and arrange Children\u2019s, Adults and family entertainment, games and activities
\n\tTo facilitate and arrange all and any entertainment and promotional activities & events
\n\tM.C events
\n\tHandle all guest queries including information on promotions, functions, events, and general questions about the Resort
\n\tCommunicate all necessary and correct information in a professional manner
\n\tRecord and communicate all guests comments & complaints
\n\tTo be pro-active and use initiative with customer service and complaints
\n\tEnsure prescribed standards are maintained in terms of maintenance, security, marketing, public relations, operations and hygiene within the prescribed working area and especially with regard to all guest entertainment facilities & equipment
\n\tUp sell all Resort areas
\n\tPromote brand to business, events, communities, schools, charity and other
\n\tParticipate in Social Responsibility Activities
\n\tSet-up and lead entertainment events
\n\tPlanning of new entertainment programmes
\n\tAssist the Resort Manager with any entertainment & promotional activities
\n\tResponsible for and ensure a high level of personal service & be highly visible to guests & staff alike
\n\tResponsible for and to ensure that pleasant, friendly and helpful behaviour is maintained at all times
\n\tHave a thorough knowledge of all facilities and services offered by the Resort
\n\tTo provide courteous and efficient service to all guests
\n\tTo maintain, at all times the highest standard of appearance and skills, according to Company Policy
\n\tTo ensure a professional image at all times
\n\tTo attend and be attentive to training as and when required
\n\tTo be familiar with staff and Company rules and policies, as well as the Fire, Health and Safety and Security procedures<\/p>\n
Minimum Qualifications and Experience<\/p>\n
\tExperience in Theme Park, Cruise Liner, Children\u2019s camps, Hotels and Resorts entertainment
\n\tLeading kids and family games and activities
\n\tPublic speaking
\n\tComputer literacy and Audio visual expertise
\n\tCrisis management
\n\tSafety and security act (O.H.S.A)
\n\tFirst Aid
\n\tValid Drivers Licence<\/p>\n
