Key Roles & Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\tProspecting: Identifying and pursuing potential customers or leads through various channels.
\n\tClient Engagement: Building relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing information about products or services.
\n\tProduct Knowledge: Maintaining a thorough understanding of the products or services being offered to effectively communicate their features and benefits.
\n\tSales Presentations: Creating and delivering compelling presentations to showcase products or services and address customer concerns.
\n\tClosing Deals: Bringing sales transactions to a successful conclusion by securing commitments from customers.
\n\tCustomer Follow-Up: Providing post-sales support, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
\n\tMarket Research: Staying informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
\n\tSales Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing regular reports, and updating sales forecasts. Meeting deadlines.
\n\tCollaboration: Working closely with other staff members\/ teams to align efforts and contribute to overall business goals.
\n\tContinuous Learning: Keeping abreast of product updates, industry developments, and improving sales techniques to enhance performance.
\n\tMeeting Targets: Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas set by the organization.<\/p>\n
Key Performance Indicators:<\/p>\n
\tSales Revenue: Measure the total revenue generated versus YTD or specific period.
\n\tConversion Rate: Monitor the percentage of leads that successfully convert into actual sales.
\n\tCustomer Retention Rate: Assess the percentage of customers retained over a given period, indicating satisfaction and loyalty.
\n\tLead Response Time: Immediate response to a lead, impacting conversion rates.
\n\tPipeline Conversion Rate: Analyze the ratio of deals moving through different stages of the sales pipeline.
\n\tNumber of New Accounts: Track the acquisition of new clients to assess market expansion efforts.
\n\tActivity: Meeting deadlines and timeous and accurate update of sales reporting and forecasting.
\n\tCustomer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback to understand satisfaction levels and areas for improvement.
\n\tQuota Attainment: Evaluate the percentage of sales targets achieved by the representative.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
\t5 – 10 years experience in the commercial\/industrial lighting sector
\n\tExperience working in the project space
\n\tExperience working with national retailers for lighting within their stores
\n\tExperience working with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects etc on commercial and industrial buildings<\/p>\n
