\tTWK Agri has the following vacancy available: Corporate Client Relations Officer within the Corporate Services division at Piet Retief, Mpumalanga.<\/p>\n
Job Summary<\/p>\n
\tThis role involves delivering exceptional customer service by managing onboarding processes, gathering feedback, and driving continuous service improvement. The Corporate Client Relations Officer will actively visit clients, to understand their experiences with TWK, identify challenges, and provide solutions.
\n\tThis role will also support customer education, strengthen stakeholder relationships, and contribute to business growth through effective lead generation and service excellence.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities and Duties<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and maintain positive relationships with key customers across the group, including regular on-site visits to understand their needs firsthand
\n\tAct as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
\n\tEnsure a customer-first approach across all divisions, focusing on client satisfaction and retention
\n\tManage the resolution of customer complaints quickly and effectively, taking proactive steps to prevent recurring issues
\n\tMonitor service delivery standards to ensure consistency across the TWK group
\n\tPlan and implement service improvement initiatives based on insights gathered directly from client interactions
\n\tServe as a communication channel between customers and internal departments, ensuring client needs are effectively represented
\n\tCollect, analyse, and present customer feedback to management, highlighting opportunities for improvement and innovation
\n\tDevelop communication strategies with the Communications department to inform customers about new products, services, and company initiatives
\n\tCollaborate with TWK representatives, marketing, operations, and product development teams to align customer needs with business objectives
\n\tEnsure consistent branding and messaging across all touchpoints
\n\tSupport multiple business units within the TWK group in handling customer-specific projects
\n\tAnalyse trends in customer issues and recommend improvements
\n\tTravel to client locations to gain firsthand insights and build trust
\n\tProvide management with actionable insights for decision-making, derived from both data and direct client engagement<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Skills<\/p>\n
\tDegree\/diploma in Business, Marketing, Customer Service, or related field
\n\tProven experience in customer service, preferably within a corporate or client-facing environment
\n\tStrong interpersonal, problem-solving and relationship building skills
\n\tExcellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
\n\tAbility to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical solutions
\n\tPassion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
\n\tBilingual (Afrikaans & English)
\n\tValid Driver\u2019s License (Code 08)
\n\tWilling to travel<\/p>\n
