\tThe ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for the overall management and day to day operations of the homechoice Showroom Retail Space.<\/p>\n

\n\tStock Control:\u00a0Ensure effective stock management in alignment with procedures, customer needs, and visual display standards.
\n\tClear Communication:\u00a0Facilitate accurate and timely in-store communication across the showroom.
\n\tCash Management:\u00a0Oversee cash handling processes to ensure accuracy and accountability.
\n\tPromotions and Displays:\u00a0Execute and implement monthly promotions and visual merchandising displays.
\n\tStore Security:\u00a0Safeguard store security and prioritize the well-being of staff.
\n\tTraining and Development:\u00a0Ensure category specialists are fully trained and equipped to excel in their roles.
\n\tAchieve Sales Targets:\u00a0Drive the achievement of monthly intake and NSV (Net Sales Value) targets.
\n\tCustomer Experience:\u00a0Deliver a consistently exceptional customer experience.
\n\tStockroom Management:\u00a0Oversee stockroom operations, reducing GRs (Goods Returns) and cancellations.
\n\tMaintain Cleanliness:\u00a0Ensure showroom and back-of-house areas are well-maintained and orderly.
\n\tReporting:\u00a0Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track performance and inform decision-making.
\n\tPeople Management:\u00a0Lead, motivate, and develop store staff to achieve business objectives.
\n\tProject Management:\u00a0Manage and implement key projects to support business growth and operational improvements.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
What you\u2019ll need to do this role<\/p>\n
\tRelevant tertiary qualification (Sales & Marketing).
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 working experience within retail industry.
\n\tWorking in the homewares retail industry would be highly advantageous.
\n\tMinimum of 5 years\u2019 experience in leading a team within a sales target driven environment.
\n\tExperience using MS Office packages.
\n\tMust be available to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
\n\tClear credit and criminal record.
\n\tMust\u00a0not be currently debarred or declared not fit and proper in terms of the FAIS Act<\/p>\n
