This role involves strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, executive-level communication, and coordinating multiple departments to enhance account performance and operational efficiency.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>\tDevelop and execute strategic account plans to drive app adoption, engagement, and revenue growth.<br \/>\n\tManage relationships with key clients and stakeholders; conduct regular business reviews and identify expansion opportunities.<br \/>\n\tImplement data-driven strategies to optimize account performance and exceed targets.<br \/>\n\tConduct strategic client meetings and deliver tailored app solutions.<br \/>\n\tIdentify partnership, collaboration, and promotional opportunities to increase app visibility and downloads.<br \/>\n\tCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to integrate client feedback into app features and services.<br \/>\n\tReport to Executive Committee (Exco) on account performance, strategic initiatives, and key development areas.<br \/>\n\tCoordinate relevant departments to ensure seamless execution of client initiatives and app projects.<br \/>\n\tAnalyze client accounts to identify development areas and propose actionable growth strategies.<br \/>\n\tMonitor market trends, competitor apps, and industry developments to inform account strategies.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>\tBachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.<br \/>\n\t3\u20137 years\u2019 experience in strategic account management, digital account management, or key client management.<br \/>\n\tProven track record in driving growth in digital products or apps.<br \/>\n\tExperience communicating and reporting at executive level (Exco).<br \/>\n\tStrong analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.<br \/>\n\tExperience collaborating with product, marketing, and operational teams in a tech or app environment.<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tStrategic planning and execution<br \/>\n\tClient relationship management<br \/>\n\tExecutive-level communication and reporting<br \/>\n\tCross-functional collaboration and departmental coordination<br \/>\n\tData-driven decision-making<br \/>\n\tProblem-solving and conflict resolution<br \/>\n\tProject and time management<br \/>\n\tProficiency with CRM systems, analytics platforms, and reporting tools<\/p>\n<p>Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):<\/p>\n<p>\tRevenue growth and achievement of app-related sales targets<br \/>\n\tAccount retention and client satisfaction rates<br \/>\n\tIncreased app adoption and user engagement from key accounts<br \/>\n\tSuccessful implementation of strategic account plans<br \/>\n\tEffective collaboration with internal teams and partners<br \/>\n\tIdentification and development of key areas for account and operational improvement<br \/>\n\tClear and actionable reporting to Exco on account performance and strategic initiatives<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.talksuresa.co.za ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Talksure Pty Ltd","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.talksuresa.co.za","_company_tagline":"Talksure is a fast paced, growing Financial Services Provider offering a range of insurance and non-insurance products for the South African market.
