Serving as the first point of contact for HR queries, the role ensures compliance with labour legislation, promotes effective communication, and contributes to a positive workplace culture within the Mining industry.<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:<br \/>\nHR Administration and Systems:<\/p>\n<p>\tThe ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.<br \/>\n\tThis is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a dynamic team in the Mining industry and make a meaningful impact on our organization.<br \/>\n\tMaintain accurate employee records and personnel files.<br \/>\n\tAdminister employee contracts, letters, and payroll documentation.<br \/>\n\tManage leave, attendance, and time-off tracking.<br \/>\n\tSupport implementation and maintenance of HR Information System (HRIS).<\/p>\n<p>Recruitment and Onboarding:<\/p>\n<p>\tCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, shortlisting, and interview logistics.<br \/>\n\tPrepare employment onboarding documentation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure new staff induction aligns with the Group&#8217;s cultural and policy standards.<\/p>\n<p>Performance and Compliance:<\/p>\n<p>\tAssist with the monthly performance review process, ensuring documentation and timelines are met.<br \/>\n\tTrack staff development and performance management documentation.<br \/>\n\tEnsure compliance with all HR policies, employment legislation.<\/p>\n<p>Policy Implementation and Communication.<\/p>\n<p>\tServe as the first point of contact for staff queries on HR policies and procedures.<br \/>\n\tHandle employee relations matters and provide guidance on HR-related issues.<\/p>\n<p>Minimum Requirements:<\/p>\n<p>\tGrade 12<br \/>\n\tA bachelor\u2019s degree or a National Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field will be advantageous<br \/>\n\t2 -3 years&#8217; experience in an HR administrative or generalist role (Mining will be beneficial)<br \/>\n\tProficiency in MS Office, HRIS platforms, and data management systems<br \/>\n\tX-time knowledge will be advantageous<br \/>\n\tSound knowledge of labour legislation (BCEA, LRA, EE Act, POPIA)<br \/>\n\tStrong organisational and time management skills<br \/>\n\tExcellent written and interpersonal communication abilities<\/p>\n<p>Skills and Competencies:<\/p>\n<p>\tHigh attention to detail and accuracy<br \/>\n\tConfidentiality and discretion in handling employee data<br \/>\n\tAbility to work across multiple sites and adapt to a dynamic environment<\/p>\n<p>go to method of application \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Apply via company website ( http:\/\/www.ozaholdings.com\/ ) or<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":2,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"","_application":"","_company_name":"Oza Holdings","_company_website":"http:\/\/www.ozaholdings.com\/","_company_tagline":"Oza Holdings, an expert in the Mining and Metals industry, we are versatile, imaginative problem solvers who improve whatever we touch.
