\tDevelop strategic business plans
\n\tCompile quarterly operational sales plan in relation to the 3-year business plan
\n\tDevelop an annual time and territory management plan \u00a0
\n\tDetermine annual budget requirements
\n\tProvide customers service excellence
\n\tProvide merchandising and signage support
\n\tImplement national, regional and ad-hoc promotional activity
\n\tImplement customer call frequency
\n\tEstablish sound business relationships
\n\tDevelop tailored service packages
\n\tAchieve predetermined sales volume and market share targets
\n\tLeverage sales information services
\n\tMonitor retail liquor pricing
\n\tMaintain product quality
\n\tComply with SAB credit policy
\n\tConduct SEC evaluations
\n\tManage Human Resources
\n\tDevelop employees
\n\tManage IR climate
\n\tApply personnel function<\/p>\n
Profile<\/p>\n
\tB Comm, IMM or similar sales and marketing qualification
\n\t3 – 5 years management experience
\n\tValid Driver’s License
\n\tComputer literate
\n\tGood interpersonal skills
\n\tExcellent negotiating skills
\n\tAbility to work long hours and under pressure
\n\tTeam participation and good leadership skills<\/p>\n
