REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
\tGrade 12. Bachelors Degree in Public Administration\/Public Management\/Human Resource Management or relevant qualifications, plus 3- 5 years\u2019 relevant experience and driver\u2019s license.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
\tKnowledge of local Government legislations\/Acts, Computer Literacy, Report Writing, be able to work under pressure, ability to multi-task and set priorities, Communication Skills, time management skill, innovative skill, Lateral thinking, team player, and be creative.<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:<\/p>\n
\tManage Strategic Organizational Performance of the Municipality,
\n\tManage the PMS system framework,
\n\tManage Performance monitoring and review against the SDBIP,
\n\tManage Performance reporting and stakeholder relations,
\n\tDevelop and Manage an annual budget for the division, prepare and submit budget adjustment, implement staff development and training to achieve overall objectives and Manage performance reporting and stakeholder relation.
\n\tProvide support in the IDP processes and public participation.
\n\tIdentify with the key deliverables and immediate goals detailed in the Councils Integrated Development Plan in respect of performance management<\/p>\n
