\tEnsure the warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently, optimizing workflows and processes to meet company standards and client expectations.<\/p>\n
Team Management:<\/p>\n
\tLead and manage the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation, ensuring that all team members are aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.<\/p>\n
Customer Service:<\/p>\n
\tMaintain excellent customer service standards, addressing client inquiries and issues, and ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.<\/p>\n
Inventory Management:<\/p>\n
\tOversee inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and availability, and implementing inventory control systems to prevent discrepancies.<\/p>\n
Safety and Compliance:<\/p>\n
\tEnsure that all warehouse activities comply with safety regulations and industry standards, conducting regular safety audits and training sessions.<\/p>\n
Process Improvement:<\/p>\n
\tContinuously assess and improve warehouse processes, implementing new technologies and best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity.<\/p>\n
Financial Management:<\/p>\n
\tMonitor and manage the warehouse budget, controlling costs and maximizing profitability while maintaining high service levels.<\/p>\n
Coordination and Communication:<\/p>\n
\tAct as a liaison between different departments, ensuring seamless communication and coordination to support overall logistics operations.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tMinimum 5-10 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
\n\tProven track record in managing warehouse and distribution operations.
\n\tExperience in contract logistics is a plus
\n\tBachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
\n\tA master\u2019s degree or relevant certification (e.g., APICS, CILT) is preferred.
\n\tProficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
\n\tFamiliarity with logistics software and tools<\/p>\n
