This position is responsible for architecting and delivering robust AI solutions that address complex business challenges, enhance operational efficiency, and improve customer experiences.
\n\tA key aspect of this role involves engaging directly with business stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of operational pain points, process inefficiencies, and strategic objectives.
\n\tBy translating these insights into actionable AI-driven solutions, the AI Solutions Engineer ensures that technology initiatives are not only technically sound but also aligned with long-term business goals.

You bring:<\/p>\n
\t3+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying AI\/ML solutions in a production environment
\n\tSolid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles\u00a0
\n\tExperience in architecting end-to-end AI solutions, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring
\n\tStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.<\/p>\n
A bonus to have:<\/p>\n
\tDiploma\/Degree – Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
\n\tExperience in a Contact Centre \/ Customer Service environment

Model Development, Training & Deployment<\/p>\n
\tDesign, build, and train machine learning models using structured and unstructured data from various sources.

Cross-Functional Collaboration<\/p>\n
\tWork in close partnership with software engineers, data scientists, DevOps, and UX teams to ensure cohesive solution delivery.
\n\tParticipate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and backlog grooming to align AI initiatives with product development cycles.
\n\tEnsure that AI solutions are designed with security, compliance, and ethical considerations in mind.<\/p>\n
Mentorship & Technical Leadership<\/p>\n
\tProvide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
