Purpose<\/p>\n
\tTo plan, coordinate, and deliver organisational projects from initiation through to completion \u2014 ensuring that objectives are met on time, within scope, and within budget. The Project Manager will lead multi-disciplinary project teams, manage contractors and suppliers, and ensure quality and compliance with organisational policies and safety standards.<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Project planning and coordination<\/p>\n
\tDevelop and manage project charters, work breakdown structures (WBS), schedules, and budgets.
\n\tFacilitate planning workshops and define key deliverables, milestones, and dependencies.
\n\tAssist and drive procurement processes \u2014 including evaluating and onboarding suppliers or contractors.<\/p>\n
Project execution and control<\/p>\n
\tLead regular project progress meetings and prepare project status reports.
\n\tMonitor project performance in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
\n\tTrack variations and manage change requests through appropriate governance channels.<\/p>\n
Administration and reporting<\/p>\n
\tMaintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, minutes, and financial records.
\n\tReconcile purchase orders, invoices, and delivery notes for accuracy and completeness.
\n\tPrepare internal reports for management on budget tracking, progress, and key risks.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder and team engagement<\/p>\n
\tLiaise with internal departments, site teams, and external partners to ensure effective communication.
\n\tBuild collaborative relationships to resolve issues and ensure project alignment with organisational goals.
\n\tProvide feedback, mentorship, and coordination support to team members where required.
\n\tUphold organisational values, culture, and ethical standards in all project interactions<\/p>\n
Continuous improvement and compliance<\/p>\n
\tIdentify opportunities to enhance project management processes and reporting systems.
\n\tContribute to lessons-learned reviews and implement improvements in planning and execution.
\n\tEnsure adherence to company policies, quality assurance standards, and health & safety regulations.
\n\tPromote sustainability and efficiency in project delivery.<\/p>\n
Requirements:<\/p>\n
\tNational Diploma or bachelor\u2019s degree in project management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
\n\tFormal training or certification in project management (e.g., PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) will be preferred.
\n\t3\u20135 years’ project management or coordination experience in any industry (construction, property, manufacturing, operations, or services).<\/p>\n
