Reporting individual would be required to Manage Global submissions within communicated timelines, this role is also key in driving the Information &amp; Analytics digital agenda within finance.<\/p>\n<p>WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE<\/p>\n<p>\tEnsure accurate and timeous preparation and submission of analysis of monthly\/quarterly results and forecast reports to Global reporting UniOps team<br \/>\n\tProactively initiate develop and maintain effective working relationships with business partners (Global, ZALT, FET and InA fellow team members.<br \/>\n\tMaintain library of historical data and submissions.<br \/>\n\tMaintain and ensure alignment across all reporting systems SAP, BW, GCUT and Ifinance .<br \/>\n\tCreate and maintain process documentation\/workflows, knowledge articles and self-service guidance for global reports.<br \/>\n\tUnderstand how to clean and organize data for analysis.<br \/>\n\tAutomate standard reports in line with efficiency mandate.<br \/>\n\tBusiness partner Southern Africa director on all reporting matters.<br \/>\n\tUpdate financials on Income statement commentary file for variance analysis<\/p>\n<p>I&amp;A<\/p>\n<p>\tMember of the simplification\/ automation committee to help drive and land the Finance Digital Agenda<br \/>\n\tPartner with the business including I&amp;A and offshore teams including the team in Bangalore to accelerate digital, RPA and other cognitive capabilities.<\/p>\n<p>Reporting<\/p>\n<p>\tResponsible for accurate submissions to Global reporting team; actuals and forecast, maintaining a good reporting score for each of the below reports:<br \/>\n\tFlash Turnover<br \/>\n\tV200 actual reports<br \/>\n\tTWC actuals<br \/>\n\tDaily sales build report<br \/>\n\tCMI reports &#8211; Nielsen<br \/>\n\tV220 Customer<br \/>\n\tV540 GMVA actuals<br \/>\n\tForecast GMVA<br \/>\n\tTWC forecast (working capital)<br \/>\n\tMonthly Forecast P&amp;L<br \/>\n\tTimeous commentary for all above reports to be provided to APM team as well as Global reporting team every month.<\/p>\n<p>Experiences &amp; Qualifications<\/p>\n<p>\t3 &#8211; 5 years Finance experience (FMCG industry preferred)<br \/>\n\tBCom Degree \u2013 Financial \/ Accounting<br \/>\n\tCA or CIMA would be highly advantageous<\/p>\n<p>Skills<\/p>\n<p>\tExcellent problem-solving skills<br \/>\n\tAbility to work collaboratively with key stakeholders<br \/>\n\tNatural bias for action, high levels of self-assurance and shows resilience and belief in own ability to achieve goals<br \/>\n\tAbility to influence without authority in a matrix organization<br \/>\n\tStrong Analytical skills and ability to communicate analytical findings both verbally (in meetings) and in written form (through formal presentations)<br \/>\n\tStrong initiative and ability to work independently<br \/>\n\tAbility to work under pressure and late hour over the month end reporting period<br \/>\n\tSAP, GCUT, Ifinance experience\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Leadership<\/p>\n<p>\tYou are energized by delivering fantastic results.
