Minimum Requirements\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n
\tBEng Electrical Engineering (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tGovernment Certificate of Competence: Engineering (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\t6-8 years of experience in maintenance, hazard identification, risk assessment, procurement, project engineering, contract, and project management (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tCertification in Project Management (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\tManagement Development Programme accreditation (Recommended\/Desirable)
\n\tMembership with the Engineering Council of South Africa (PrEng) (Essential\/Minimum)
\n\tPsychometric Assessment (Essential\/Minimum) To be conducted by Exxaro
\n\tCertificate of Fitness (Essential\/Minimum) To be conducted by Exxaro
\n\tProven ability to manage project budgets efficiently
