\tGrade 12
\n\tRelevant tertiary qualification in Quality or Health and Safety or Food Safety is an advantage<\/p>\n
REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\t3 years experience in Food\/Feed Manufacturing is an advantage<\/p>\n
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
\tPerform laboratory analysis and\/or tests on Raw Materials and Final Products
\n\tMaintain and capture laboratory analysis data on AIMS
\n\tMaintain sample identification and storage
\n\tPerforms HACCP and in-process Sample Analysis
\n\tMaintain laboratory hygiene
\n\tCommunicate internal non-Conformances
\n\tCollect and send scheduled samples to external laboratories<\/p>\n
