In this role, you will use your\u00a0administrative\/safety\/shipping\u00a0experience to serve as a team member in the\u00a0Seed Production\u00a0team to conduct planning,\u00a0support,\u00a0data,\u00a0collection, safety reviews, inventory\u00a0management\u00a0and shipping procedures in\u00a0East of South Africa\u00a0<\/p>\n

\tAdministrative Support where required\u00a0
\n\tGeneral filing and update of the Document Warehouse report – send boxes once scanned\u00a0
\n\tDestroying old documents as per company procedure\u00a0
\n\tConducting all annual reviews on EHS&S\u00a0
\n\tManage inventory of consumables by issuing and running the live system\u00a0
\n\tManage asset inventory and updates\u00a0
\n\tAssist with seed shipments and packing\u00a0<\/p>\n

\n\tExcellent interpersonal\/communication skills are required for fostering teamwork, enhancing a good working environment, and effectively developing strong working relationships with a diverse group of people\u00a0
\n\tTechnical skills are\u00a0beneficial\u00a0
\n\tProficiency in Office software such as spreadsheets, mail, calendar, and presentation software.\u00a0
